Sia 0070.1233.01 Siasponge 7990 Hard Block, Fine

The Sia 0070.1233.01 is a Sia 7990 Siasponge hard block in fine grade (yellow), sold in a box of 10. The block is made from hard polyurethane foam coated with aluminium oxide on all four sides, so it holds a flat face and a crisp edge for rebates, edges and flat surfaces. It works wet or dry and resists clogging for long life.

Tips for Longer Block Life

Let the abrasive do the work and keep pressure even across the face of the block. When sanding wet, rinse the block often to clear slurry, then squeeze it out and let it dry before storing. Rotate to a fresh side when one face loads up or stops cutting, and keep fine and medium blocks apart so coarser grit does not end up on a finish.
