Sia 5706.9694.0600 Siaspeed 1950 5 Inch PSA Disc, 600 Grit

The Sia 5706.9694.0600 is a 5 inch pressure-sensitive adhesive sanding disc from the Sia 1950 siaspeed line in 600 grit, supplied 100 discs per roll. It sticks directly to a PSA pad on orbital and random orbital sanders and is made for dry sanding on wood, metal, paint and composite surfaces.

Tips for PSA Discs

Peel the disc from the roll, center it on a clean, dry pad and press it down firmly so the whole face bonds. A pad with old adhesive or dust on it will not hold well, so clean it when you change discs. Use light, even pressure and let the abrasive cut; pressing harder mostly creates heat and loads the disc. Remove a worn disc right away, as PSA can leave residue if it is left on a hot pad for a long time. Store the roll in a cool, dry place away from direct sun so the adhesive stays fresh.
