Lamello 175500 Minicol Glue Applicator with Plastic Nozzle

The Lamello 175500 is the Minicol KS glue applicator with a plastic nozzle, a 300 ml bottle and a solid maple wood base. It puts glue on the side walls of Lamello biscuit grooves instead of the bottom, for better glue distribution and a stronger joint.

How It Works

The bottle rests nozzle-down in its wood base, so glue sits at the tip ready for immediate use and the nozzle does not dry out between joints. Run the nozzle along the groove and glue comes out of the sides onto the groove walls, where the biscuit swells and bonds. That keeps glue where it does the work and cuts down on squeeze-out and waste. Lamello also offers other nozzle shapes for the Minicol, such as a metal biscuit nozzle and a pointed nozzle for general gluing.

Who Uses It

Cabinet makers, furniture shops and joinery shops that cut biscuit grooves with a Lamello Zeta P2 or another biscuit joiner use the Lamello 175500 to speed up glue-up on carcasses, face frames and panel joints.

Care Tips

Fill the bottle with fresh PVAc glue and keep it in its base between uses. Wipe the nozzle tip at the end of the day, and rinse the nozzle with warm water if glue starts to build up inside. Do not let glue freeze in the bottle in a cold shop or vehicle. Keep the base clean so the bottle seats fully and stays upright.
