Lamello 101801USSD Zeta P2 Cordless Kit

The Lamello 101801USSD is the cordless Zeta P2 joiner kit with a diamond-tipped cutter. The Zeta P2 cuts the form-locking P-System profile groove used by Clamex P, Tenso P and Bisco P connectors, so parts go together without clamps and, with Clamex P, come apart again. Running on two 18V LiHD 4.0 Ah CAS-compatible batteries, this kit takes P-System joinery anywhere: the shop floor, a job site or an install where there’s no power handy.

How the Zeta P2 Works

An integrated vertical mechanical drive moves the cutter up and down during the plunge, which forms the undercut P-System groove automatically. Connectors then slide or click into the groove by hand. The diamond cutter stays sharp far longer than carbide, which suits shops cutting abrasive panels such as particleboard, MDF and laminates.

Why Go Cordless

No cord to drag across finished panels, and the joiner can travel to the work for on-site installations, store fixtures and built-ins. The batteries are CAS compatible, so they share a platform with other CAS tools.
