The Festool 576223 is the OF 2200 EB-F-Plus, Festool’s most powerful router. With 2200 watts it can plunge into 8/4 hard maple and cut a 1/2″ groove in a single pass, putting it close to a portable shaper. It is built for heavy routing that would stall a smaller machine.

  • 2200 W motor for deep, full-width cuts.
  • 80 mm plunge (3-5/32″) with fine depth adjustment to 0.1 mm (1/256″).
  • Triple-bearing spindle reduces spindle and bit deflection under load.
  • Magnetic spindle brake stops the bit quickly and protects the motor.
  • Ergonomics. 30 degree offset base, angled handles and fingertip controls for power, plunge lock and speed.
  • Dust control. Spring-loaded 360 degree dust shroud and rear extraction column with swivel nozzle.
