Sia 0020.3795.01 Sia T2275 Sponge Flat Pad, 500 Grit

The Sia 0020.3795.01 is a box of 20 Sia T2275 flexible foam sanding pads in fine 500 grit, each 4.5 x 5.5 x 3/16 inch. The thin foam lets the pad fold into corners and wrap around curves without creasing, so the abrasive stays in even contact where a rigid block cannot reach.

Where It Fits

Hand Sanding Tips

Hold the pad flat in your palm on open areas and fold it only for edges and inside corners. Keep pressure light and even. When sanding wet, rinse the pad often to clear the slurry and keep it cutting. Wipe the surface and check progress under good light. Rinse the Sia 0020.3795.01 after wet use, let it dry, and keep spare pads in the box away from dust.

Choosing a Grit

Use a coarser pad first if you still need to remove scratches or shape filler, then finish with 500 grit. For an even finer scuff before polishing, step up to a finer grade.
