The Sia 7285.4325.0320 is a 1948 siaflex 6 inch (150 mm) hook and loop sanding disc in P320 grit, packed 100 discs to a box. Siaflex 1948 is Sia’s flexible all-round line for wet and dry sanding, and this very fine grit is a good choice for sanding primer filler and keying lacquer.

Where It Fits in the Grit Sequence

P320 is a standard final step on primer filler before base coat and a common grit for keying old and new lacquers. It follows P240 or P280. Move on to P400 or finer when the next coat needs a finer key.

Tips for Best Results

Keep pressure light and let the abrasive cut, so the disc stays flat and the scratch stays even. Do not skip more than one grit step at a time. When wet sanding, keep the surface wet and wipe off the slurry often to check progress. Replace the disc as soon as it stops cutting cleanly, because a worn disc only polishes and builds heat. Store boxes flat in a dry place so the discs do not curl.
