Where 1200 Grit Fits

It refines the scratch left by 1000 grit when removing orange peel and dust inclusions. Step to 1500 grit as the last stage before polishing. A solid disc has no holes to line up, so it suits pads without extraction holes.

Tips for Better Results

Keep the pad flat and the pressure light, and let the abrasive cut. Do not skip more than one grit step, and wipe or vacuum the surface between grits so loose grit does not scratch the next stage. This disc is made for dry sanding only, so do not use it with water. Change the disc as soon as it stops cutting cleanly, and store boxes flat in a dry place so the paper stays flat.
