The VSM 136111 is a VSM XF285 T3 2 inch (50 mm) ceramic quick-change disc in 60 grit with a Type R attachment. It is made for grinding, deburring and surface preparation in tight spots where a full-size grinder disc will not fit.

How It Works

Tips for Use

Never run the disc above its 25,000 RPM rating, and check the grinder speed before you mount it. Use the face of the disc at a shallow angle and keep it moving to avoid gouging and heat build-up. Light, steady pressure lets the ceramic grain cut cleanly. Replace the disc when it stops cutting or the backing is damaged, and always wear eye and face protection.
