The Festool 200060 is a pack of 48 black EVA hot melt adhesive pucks for the Festool CONTURO KA 65 edge bander. It is an unfilled, universal EVA adhesive with a high melting point, made for clean, tight glue lines on dark-coloured edge banding materials.

Tips for Clean Edges

Keep the panel edge square, clean and free of dust before banding, since dust weakens the bond. Let the KA 65 reach working temperature before the first pass and do a test piece when you change banding material or colour. Trim and scrape the edge once the glue has cooled. Store pucks in their packaging in a dry place, and keep separate colours ready if you work with mixed decors.
