Description

Festool 204308 SC-FIS-CT MINI/MIDI-2/5/CT15 SELFCLEAN Filter Bags, 5-Pack

The Festool 204308 is a pack of five SC-FIS-CT MINI/MIDI-2/5/CT15 SELFCLEAN filter bags for Festool CT MINI and CT MIDI extractors from model year 2019 onward and the CT 15. The self-cleaning design stops dust from caking inside the bag, so suction stays high until the bag is nearly full and you get full use of the bag volume.

Features and Specifications

How SELFCLEAN Works

When the extractor switches off, the fleece bag collapses and sheds much of the dust on its surface, so airflow stays open and suction stays high. Check the model year of your CT MINI or CT MIDI: the Festool 204308 is for 2019 and later units, while older CT MIDI models use a different bag.

Who Uses It

Cabinet shops, finish carpenters, flooring and drywall crews, painters and renovation contractors run Festool extractors all day for sanding, sawing and routing. Fresh filter bags keep suction steady at the tool, which means cleaner air, cleaner surfaces and less time cleaning up after the job.

Tips for Changing Bags

Change the bag when suction drops off or the bag is close to full, rather than waiting until the extractor struggles. Close the integrated flap before you lift the bag out, so dust stays inside during disposal. SELFCLEAN bags are single-use; do not empty and refit them. Check the main filter when you change a bag, and keep a spare pack with the extractor so a full bag never stops a job.
