Fitting the Pad

Thread the pad onto a sander with a 5/16-24 spindle and snug it by hand. Check that it runs true before you start. Use it with 6 inch PSA discs. Clean the vinyl face before each new disc, then press the disc on centered and smooth it flat from the middle out so no air is trapped. Always confirm the pad’s speed rating is at or above the sander’s free speed.

Care and Replacement
