The Dynabrade 59025 is a 6 inch Dynorbital-Spirit random orbital air sander with a 3/16 inch orbit and a 0.25 HP motor rated at 12,000 RPM. The larger orbit balances faster stock removal with a smooth finish, and the low-profile body keeps your hand close to the work for control and a clear view of the surface.

Care and Air Supply Tips

Run the sander on clean, dry air and follow Dynabrade’s instructions for air pressure and lubrication. Drain the compressor tank and line filters regularly, since water and dirt in the air supply shorten the life of any air tool. Start the sander on the work, keep the pad flat and use light pressure so the random orbit can do its job. Check the pad face for wear, and replace a worn pad before it starts to tear abrasive discs or leave uneven scratches.
