Lamello 145315 Clamex P-14/10 Flexus Connectors

The Lamello 145315 is a box of 80 pairs of Lamello Clamex P-14/10 Flexus detachable connectors for the P-System. Flexus has retractable positioning pins that press flush with the board edge, so shelves and panels can be fitted into an already assembled cabinet without taking the carcass apart.

How It Installs

The P-System slots are cut with a Lamello Zeta P2 or machined on a CNC router with P-System tooling. The connector halves are pressed into the slots without glue or screws. During assembly the pins locate the fitting in the opposite half and stop it twisting as the lever is tightened through the access hole. The double-bevelled pins also let the part be taken out again later.

Who Uses It

Cabinet makers, shopfitters and furniture makers use the Lamello 145315 for shelves, partitions and panels that go into pre-assembled cabinets, for mitre and butt joints, and for any part that must come out again for service or transport.

Tips for Best Results

Cut a test joint in scrap from the same material first. Keep slots clean so the connector seats fully. Tighten the lever firmly but do not force it past its stop. Plan access hole positions on faces that will be hidden, such as the inside of a cabinet. Keep unused connectors in their box, sorted by type, so the right part is at hand on site.
