The Lamello 145560 is a box of 300 pairs of Lamello Divario P-18 connectors, a self-clamping, invisible connector for sliding shelves or vertical dividing panels into a cabinet. The connector anchors in the form-locking P-System groove in seconds, and the joint clamps as the panel slides home, so it closes tight without a separate clamping step and without glue.

How It Works

The Divario P-18 slots are cut into the carcase sides and the shelf or divider. The panel slides in with little resistance until just before the end, where the clamping force builds and pulls the joint closed. Because the connector is detachable, you can assemble the outer carcase first and fit the shelves or dividers later, which lets a unit ship flat and go together on site. For shelves seen from both sides, Lamello offsets the groove on each side so the joint stays hidden from every angle.

Installation Tips

Make test cuts in scrap before a production run and check the fit. Keep the reference face of the joiner tight to the panel so slots line up across parts. Mark matching panels so each shelf goes back into its own slots. The 300-pair box suits shops building in volume.
