Lamello 186320 Cabineo 12 Cabinet Connectors, 500 Pieces
The Lamello 186320 is a box of 500 Lamello Cabineo 12 cabinet connectors with nickel-plated screws, for carcass corners and corner joints from 13 mm panel thickness. Each connector is a single component that delivers high clamping force without separate dowels or cams.

How It Installs
Cabineo connectors are installed from the face of the panel, so there is no edge drilling. The recess is machined with a CNC routine, including 3-axis and nesting machines, or with the Cabineo jig. The connector is seated in the recess, its pre-installed screw is lined up with the hole in the mating part, and the screw is tightened with the ball-end hex bit or key. Because all machining happens on the panel face, parts can be processed in one setup on a nesting router.
Who Uses It
Cabinet and furniture manufacturers, millwork shops and shopfitters use the 500 box for production runs of carcasses, wardrobes, built-ins and store fixtures. It also suits flat-pack work, since the joint can be assembled on site.
Tips
Prove the CNC routine with test joints in the panel stock you use most, and check the connector seats flush. Tighten until the joint closes, without over-driving the screw. Pair the Lamello 186320 with Cabineo cover caps for a finished look on visible faces.
