Edge CV111 Viso Safety Glasses – Black Frame, Clear Lenses

Description

Edge CV111 Viso Safety Glasses

The Edge CV111 is the Viso safety glasses with a black frame and clear lenses, built for high-volume users who want dependable eye protection that lasts longer than disposable glasses. The flexible nylon composite frame gives a secure, comfortable fit over a full shift, and the wraparound shape widens peripheral vision.

Features and Specifications

• Model: Edge Viso, part CV111
• Frame: black, flexible nylon composite, wraparound design
• Lens: clear, high light transmission (about 85%) for true colour recognition
• UV protection: blocks 99.9% of UVA, UVB and UVC
• Standard: ANSI Z87.1+
• Anti-fog: Vapor Shield anti-fog is offered on select Viso models

Choosing the Right Lens

A clear lens is the right choice indoors, at night and in low light, where a tint would make it harder to read gauges, see layout lines or judge colour. For bright outdoor work, a smoke or mirror lens from the same Edge range cuts glare instead.

Who Uses It

The Edge CV111 suits manufacturing plants, fabrication and machine shops, warehouses, maintenance crews and construction interiors. Safety managers running a PPE program often standardize on the Viso because one durable frame replaces several cheap pairs over time.

Care and Fit Tips

Rinse grit and dust off the lenses before wiping, then dry them with a soft, clean cloth. Store the glasses in a case or pouch, not loose in a toolbox or lens-down on a bench. Replace any pair with a cracked, pitted or badly scratched lens, or a frame that no longer holds its shape, since damage can reduce both clarity and impact protection. A clean, well-fitted pair is also more likely to stay on all shift.
