Lamello 145435 Tenso P-14 Self-Clamping Connectors with Preload – 1000 Pairs

Description

Lamello 145435 Tenso P-14 Connectors, 1000 Pairs

The Lamello 145435 is the bulk box of 1000 pairs of Tenso P-14 self-clamping connectors with preload. Tenso P-14 glues parts from 16 mm (5/8″) thick with a completely invisible joint, and it does the clamping itself. No screw clamps, shims or assembly jigs are needed.

Key Features

• Self-clamping. The built-in pretensioning function creates high clamping force on the glue line.
• Any angle. Mitres, butt joints and frame joints from 22.5 to 180 degrees.
• Invisible. Nothing shows on the finished surface.
• Fast. Installs in seconds in a P-System groove cut with the Lamello Zeta P2.
• Shop or site. Works for workshop assembly and on-site installation.

How to Install

Cut P-System grooves with the Zeta P2, insert the connectors, apply glue and press the joint together. The connector holds the parts tight until the adhesive cures, so the next assembly can start right away.

Typical Uses

High-volume cabinetry, shelving, furniture and architectural millwork where a flawless finish and fast throughput both matter. The 1000-pair box is the production size.
