The VSM 129822 is a 3 x 1 x 1/4 inch flap wheel with 40 grit aluminum oxide abrasive. Layered abrasive flaps give a consistent, coarse cut for deburring, blending, cleaning and surface preparation.

How It Works

Tips for Best Results

Follow 40 grit with a finer grit when you need a smoother finish. Wear eye and face protection, and replace the wheel when the flaps wear down near the core. Check the shank or mount for bends before each use, since an out-of-true wheel vibrates and wears unevenly.
