Dynabrade X62V Dynorbital Extreme 6 Inch Vacuum Sander
The Dynabrade X62V is a 6 inch Dynorbital Extreme random orbital air sander for vacuum use, with a 3/32 inch orbit, a 0.3 HP motor and a rated speed of 12,000 RPM. The fine orbit makes it a finishing sander, and the vacuum connection lets you pull dust away at the pad.

Where It Fits
Use the X62V for final sanding, sanding between coats and paint prep where dust control matters. Connect it to your vacuum system and use 6 inch discs with a hole pattern that matches the pad so extraction works through the face. For heavier stock removal, a 3/16 inch orbit model such as the X61V cuts faster.

Care and Air Supply Tips
Run the sander on clean, dry air and follow Dynabrade’s instructions for air pressure and lubrication. Drain the compressor tank and line filters regularly, since water and dirt in the air supply shorten the life of any air tool. Start the sander on the work, keep the pad flat and use light pressure so the random orbit can do its job. Check the pad face for wear, and replace a worn pad before it starts to tear abrasive discs or leave uneven scratches.
